What are we looking for?
Professional Cooking Experience
We are looking for people with professional cooking experience. Of course, if you have experience as a Hibachi Chef that's even better! But we can train you in Hibachi cooking if you have any kind of professional chef experience.
Engaging and Fun Personality
Entertainment is a huge part of our business and you will need to be able to engage a full party with all the attention on you as you cook. We can train you in all the Hibachi tricks and entertainment but having an outgoing personality certainly helps in this career.
Reliable and Professional
Much of this job is independent and you will be responsible for the parties you are assigned. We need people who are extremely reliable, conscientious, easy to get along with and work hard to provide great customer service to our clients no matter what.
Travel
You will need to drive to parties in the city you are in. So must be OK with lots of driving as part of this job. We also give more preference to chefs who are willing to travel and live in other cities temporarily. Some cities are busy than others during certain times of years based on things like weather.
